2020 LaGrande MatClub Practice Schedule

*The first day of practice will be Thursday, October 15th. 5:30pm-7pm

*All practices are upstairs on the mats in the LaGrande Middle School- use side entrance. K street

*Come with two sets of shoes (outdoor/running and wrestling shoes)
